The Board has voted unanimously to require members to have a club index and have played in 6 or more club events in order to qualify for the Club Championship, The Presidents' Cup and The Founders' Cup - our three major events - or be eligible for any
 club awards, e.g., Golfer of the Year or Most Improved.
Our handicap director calculates club indexes. 

In addition, associate members are not allowed to compete in our three major events or be considered for any club awards, e.g., Golfer of Year or Most Improved.

Qualifications are determined by the twelve-month period dating back to the date round 1 was played in either of the three major events or November 1 of the previous year for club awards.

"Exemptions for the six Club tournaments rule during the previous twelve months can be granted at the discretion of the directors of the three majors."
